Use captions and transcripts
Turn on captions, change their size and read along with the full transcript.

Many videos have captions written by the creator, and some also have automatically generated captions. Select CC in the player (or press C) to show them.
Always show captions
In Settings → Playback and performance you can show captions on every video, choose whether automatically generated captions are included, and pick a caption size.
Read the transcript
- Below the video, select More (⋯).
- Select Show transcript. The transcript opens next to the video and highlights the line being spoken.
- Select any line to jump to that moment.
If a video doesn't have captions, the transcript option explains that none are available yet. Creators can add captions from the Subtitles page in Studio.
